“Where do I start? We just left this resort, we stayed at the Grand and this was the best experience from beginning to end. Top notch service from every single worker. A few names I can remember was Cecilia in the front lobby. She was so sweet and welcoming. How can we forget about Orlando, he was so amazing at his job. He definitely loves what he does, he was so knowledgeable on our bike tour and carried himself with such great poise.Everything was so well kept, the restrooms, pool, walkways were always just clean to perfection. The buffets were delicious. The carts that serviced you were on it akways.The activities were so fun and always had a variety to choose from. I'm ready to book our next trip already.
