Adoro este hotel! A localização junto ao rio e ao lado da Basílica é espetacular. O quarto familiar é ótimo e o pequeno almoço também... Faz-me bem ficar aqui

Hotel ideal para visitar Zaragoza. Céntrico y cerca de todo lo importante que ver en la ciudad. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y camas muy cómodas. El desayuno muy completo y variado. El trato del personal estupendo, gente muy amable.

mil gracias....... Voy a explicar un poco mi estancia. Nosotros viajamos en moto haciendo Ruta . Y paramos en este hotel que era la segunda vez . Ya que nos gusta mucho sus instalaciones y cerca del centro. Lo que me ocurrió. Y fue culpa mía . Es que tuve un incidente con la moto en la rampa , perdí la atracción de la moto , y se cayó encima. Por suerte en aquel momento bajaron todo el personal que en ese momento estaba . Y fueron muy eficaces y reaccionaron muy rápido . Ya que quede atrapado en la moto . Sólo quería agradecer a todo el personal que me atendió en ese momento la atención recibida. Fue impecable. Y desde aquí ya en casa , quería dar las otra vez las gracias. A todo el personal. Y al hotel . Por suerte pudimos continuar. Y no pasó nada . Pero estoy seguro que si volvemos a pasar por Zaragoza pararemos otra vez . Ya que es como sentirse en casa . Gracias a todos un saludo

El personal es muy amable, atento y profesional. El hotel se encuentra al lado del Pilar y del rio. Las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones estan bastante bien y los baños muy bien. Lo único negativo que encontré es lo que les cuesta responder al teléfono....pero por lo demás un buen hotel, limpio,céntrico y con una gran atención al cliente.

Hotel correcto con muy buena ubicación. La localización es perfecta, al lado del río, del Pilar y a dos minutos caminando del centro. Las habitaciones correctas y bastante modernas. Camas cómodas y enchufes a los dos lados de la cama. Baño completo y con utensilios de calidad. Las vistas desde la habitación bonitas. Lo único la comida, algo justa de calidad. El trato por parte de sus empleados muy bueno y la limpieza de las habitaciones excelente. En resumen, un buen hotel cerca del centro y con todas las comodidades necesarias.

Front desk receptionist (brown hair with Glasses) was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. Hotel was tired and poorly maintained. Rooms do not have AIr conditioning and more effort needs to be placed on the cleanliness. I would not stay here again. Only reason I give them a 2 star review is due to their location.

Ficamos aqui por uma noite e a localização do hotel é incrível com vista para a catedral e a praça. Viajamos de moto e o estacionamento seguro foi fundamental para a nossa reserva de € 20 por noite. Analisamos outros comentários que notaram que ficava em uma estrada lateral atrás do hotel, você coleta um ingresso e uma porta da garagem se abre e você desce uma rampa (foi fácil o suficiente para nós em motos, então ainda mais fácil em um carro) paga em recepção antes de sair, pressione o botão na parte inferior da rampa e a porta será aberta pela recepcionista. Serviço de recepção e o restaurante foi excelente. Uma ótima escolha no buffet de café da manhã para começar a estadia. Os quartos e banheiro também eram de ótimo tamanho. Bem feito para a equipe, vamos voltar a caminho de casa para o Reino Unido via Santander.

Ubicación inmejorable del hotel, las vistas del Ebro y de la basílica son muy bonitas. Estamos alojados en la 7a planta, que vistas. El personal es servicial y atento, además los detalles son muy buenos: agua, café e infusiones en la habitación. Me ha gustado mucho, un completo acierto

Un hotel modernista, acogedor y cálido. Una atención impecable y unos desayunos...oh madre mía qué desayunos!!!! Con vistas directas al río y muy muy cercano a la Pilarica!!! Puedes ir caminando hasta el barrio del Tubo donde te esperan las mejores tapas con sus excepcionales vinos. Maravilloso poder disfrutar de estos momentos!!!

We stayed here for one night and the location of the the hotel is amazing overlooking the cathedral and the square. We travelled by motorbike and the secure parking was key to our booking €20 a night. We looked at other reviews which noted it was down a side road behind the hotel, you collect a ticket and a garage door opens and you go down a ramp (was easy enough for us on motorbikes, so even easier in a car) pay at reception before you leave, then press the button at the bottom of the ramp and the door will be opened by the receptionist. Service from reception and the restaurant was excellent. A great choice at the buffet breakfast to start the stay. Rooms and bathroom were also a great size. Well done to the team, we will be going back on our way home to the UK via Santander.

Han sido muy amables en general. El único inconveniente es que en teoría es un hotel para perros, pero no te dejan dejar al perro solo en la habitación. Esto se convierte en un problema cuando quieres bajar a desayunar si ya tienes ese gasto pagado ya que, ¿qué hago con el perro si ni lo puedo bajar al comedor ni dejar solo en el cuarto? Este hecho, trastocó mucho las actividades que tenía planeadas ya que no pude hacer ninguna por el inconveniente del perro. Opino que deberían avisarlo con antelación. Quiero destacar a Javier, un camarero que estaba hoy en el desayuno, ya que mi pareja y yo nos habíamos quedado dormidos y se nos había pasado la hora de desayunar y nos ha ofrecido un café y unas tostadas.

Hotel com localização muito boa (no centro), super bem cuidado (parece novo) e muito limpo. A atenção do pessoal da recepção imbatível. O quarto muito limpo e com tudo que você precisa para ficar confortável, a única coisa a destacar é o tamanho da cama, que era um pouco pequena em comparação com outros hotéis. Mas em geral, uma ótima escolha para a nossa estadia em Saragoça.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación (en el centro), súper bien cuidado (se ve como nuevo) y muy limpio. La atención del personal de recepción inmejorable. La habitación muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos, lo único a destacar es el tamaño de la cama, que era un poco pequeña en comparación con otros hoteles. Pero en general, una gran elección para nuestra estancia en Zaragoza.

The hotel is in an amazing location. Is located right next to main “attractions” of the city. It’s def. not a cheap or budget hotel tho. Although in my personal opinion, you pay for the location of the hotel and not really the conditions. My room was extremely small with views to the parking lot and was little overpriced for this to be honest. Once again if you pay good money I’m sure you will get a good bedroom with nice views.

Very good place for this hotel with a good staff. But this is very noisy In the room due to Air-cooling systems (incredibly noisy!!) and the tramway/cars. Bedding is synthetic...which is not confortable! Breakfast is really good.

Great hotel located in the very center of the city - 5 minutes walk from the main square and the basilica. As for the room, it is kept to a high standard. Moreover, there is an additional paid car park on the premises of the hotel, although 5 minutes from the hotel there is also a public car park (also payable).

Excellent location. The tram and tourist office are right outside. The basilica, Goya museum and tourist bus are all only a short walk away. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant and bar were closed but there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely river view. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an exceptional hotel, even within the context of NH. The staff is what makes it different: everyone offers a smile, offers solutions and is clearly dedicated to making your stay a pleasure. It's not fake: they truly seem to have pleasure in delivering a wonderful experience. We had some great days in this perfectly located hotel with spacious rooms, good cooling and a truly excellent breakfast: the variety is amazing and includes local delicacies, next to a range of breakfast classics. Also here: nice staff that makes that extra mile to even make the breakfast something you want to come back to every day. Well recommended and we will certainly be back. Gracias Joaquin!

I was part of a group of 7 that stayed 3 nights in October. The hotel is in a very good location within the old quarter of Zaragoza. The room was spotless, with the linen, towels, toiletries all being changed each day. The bathroom facilities were excellent. The staff at the front desk were charming, polite, and extremely helpful. It's hard to make a negative comment about the Hotel, although we all thought the breakfast a little expensive at €15, especially as the City is so cheap to eat and drink in. Lovely Hotel in a superb City.

In city center, in walking distance to place pilar , shops, restaurants etc. Parking for cars so that you don't need to use your car during stay in this hotel. Very nice room with view to riverside...

We stayed at this hotel during our quick stop on the New Years Eve 2018 on the way from Madrid to Barcelona. It is close to city center, only 3 minutes walk, the bus stop is also very near appr. 8-10...
