“Don’t stay here. The first room I was given smelled terrible and had a loud ventilation system. The second room was better, but there was no way to control the temperature. It turns out that during the winter, the the room’s ventilation system does nothing to control the temperature in the room and the only way to cool down according to the front desk was for them to bring me a fan. So, I had to open the window facing the hospital with medical helicopters coming and going and use a fan to cool the room. Even then, I was still only able to get the temperature of the room down to just below 70 degrees because, for some reason, the hotel kept the temperature in the hallway just below 80 degrees. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and never stayed at one where I couldn’t control the temperature inside of the room. I was originally booked for three nights through my company, but called them the first night and refused to stay any longer.”

“Great Staff, Great rooms and even better, their location. Super close to my event downtown and they have a shuttle! Beds are very comfortable and with underground parking....I'll be staying here again for sure!”
