Chegou e havia pessoas no estacionamento no meio do caminho. O elevador cheirava a maconha que havia sido fumada. Caminhando para a sala em que estávamos, percebeu-se que alguém tentou retocar tinta ou algo no corredor e nunca completou o trabalho. Na sala, o carpete estava molhado ao redor do ar-condicionado, provavelmente por causa de uma bandeja de esgoto entupida ou algo assim. Manchas no carpete que pareciam ser alvejante. O banheiro não era o mais limpo. A pia do bar, na verdade, tinha respingos de pop de algum hóspede anterior ou membro da equipe, possivelmente. A banheira não parecia estar muito limpa. Não é um preço terrível, mas honestamente, a aparência das coisas que descrevi e que vi em primeira mão me fez pensar que você poderia encontrar melhor em outro lugar. Algumas questões, outras provavelmente não ... Eu só me preocupo com o que mais poderia ser perdido se as coisas óbvias fossem deixadas como foram encontradas por mim.

O Onyx Grill dentro do Holiday Inn refeições foi absolutamente fantástico. Do serviço para a comida tudo foi perfeito. Chef Mark ainda saiu e tivemos que elogiá-lo sobre o quão bom ele temperou e correu sua cozinha. Os Caranguejos estavam frescos e quentes e enormes. Mesmo conheci o gerente Matt expressou como ele gerencia seu restaurante. Nós vamos fazer isso um local de jantar regular com certeza.

Arrived and there were people standing in the way in the parking lot. The elevator smelled like marijuana had been smoked in it. Walking to the room we had it was noticed that someone tried to touch up paint or something all down the hallway and never quite completed the job. In the room the carpet was wet around the air conditioner most likely from a clogged drain pan or something. Stains on the carpet that appeared to be bleach. Toilet wasn’t the cleanest. The wet bar sink actually had leftover pop splashes in it from some previous guest or staff member possibly. Tub didn’t appear to be very clean. It’s not a terrible price but honestly the looks of things I described that I saw first hand has me thinking you could potentially find better elsewhere. Some matters, some probably doesn’t... I just worry about what else could be missed if the obvious things are left as they were found by myself.

O auditor noturno foi ótimo. O check-in foi tranquilo e fácil. O quarto era muito espaçoso o banheiro, porém era desnecessariamente pequeno. Facilmente outros 30 pés quadrados de espaço não utilizado na sala principal, que parece se prestar a um banheiro melhor. Bem, apenas uma noite. Reservei o Saver avançado com café da manhã - coloquei todas as idades de quem estava no quarto no local. Surpresa - aparentemente o café da manhã inclui todos na sala. Quando eu pedi esclarecimentos na recepção, o funcionário da recepção afirmou que eles só permitem duas pessoas e não viram como a Economia avançada com café da manhã para um quarto de 5 pessoas pode ser enganosa. De qualquer forma, compramos o resto do café da manhã da família. O café da manhã estava bem. Ofertas decentes. Depois que saímos, descobri que meu cartão havia sido desativado por causa de fraude e a cobrança do hotel havia sido recusada. Liguei para o hotel e falei com o mesmo funcionário da recepção. Expliquei a situação e perguntei se poderia verificar o não pagamento e providenciar o pagamento se, como o banco explicou, o pagamento estivesse bloqueado. Ela perguntou meu nome e perguntou como poderia ajudar. Eu expliquei novamente. Ela então me pediu para soletrar meu nome e perguntou novamente como ela poderia me ajudar. Eu expliquei novamente. Três vezes. Ela então perguntou se eu gostaria de um recibo. Certo. Qualquer que seja. Não é nada impressionante. Ela recebeu o e-mail certo, felizmente. Bastante desapontado. Definitivamente não vou ficar aqui para o jogo dos 49ers nesta temporada.

Night auditor was great. Check in was smooth and easy. The room was very roomy the bath room, however was unnecessarily small. Easily another 30sq feet of unused space in the main room which seems to lend itself to a better bathroom. Oh well just one night. The carpet had the oddest pattern and color - it looked worn and dirty. It wasn't worn but who knows about dirty. I kept my shoes on. Then looking around the bathroom I noticed dark yellow streaks on the wall and door. Gross. Obviously your mind jumps to urine. Breakfast! Booked the Advanced saver with breakfast - placed all the ages of who was in the room at the site. Surprise - apparently breakfast does include everyone in the room. When I asked for clarification at the front desk the desk worker stated they only allow for two and didn't see how Advanced saver WITH Breakfast for a 5 person room may be misleading. Anyhow we bought the rest of the family's breakfast. Breakfast was OK. Decent offerings. After we left I discovered my card had been turned off because of fraud and the hotels charge had been declined. I called the hotel and spoke with the same desk worker. I explained the situation and asked if I could verify non payment and provide payment if, as the bank explained, the payment was blocked. She asked my name and asked how she could help. I explained again. She then asked me to spell my name and asked again how she could help me. I explained again. 3 times. She then asked if I would like a receipt. Sure. Whatever. Not impressive at all. She did get the email right thankfully. Rather disappointed. Definitely not staying here for the 49ers game this season.

The minute i walked in I was greeted with a smile and an offer for water or a beer. They told me i was already upgraded to a two bedroom suite! Perfect. The bar and restaurant was very good and the breakfast buffet is a DOLLAR! I also got a free drink voucher when i checked in. This place is VERY clean! The internet works great - no issues there and the room was immaculate. This is a place i will absolutely stay at again!

Great rooms, looked like a luxury suite. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was we could hear two people in the room next to us talking at 3am but that wasn't a big deal. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The Onyx Grill inside the Holiday Inn dining was absolutely fantastic. From the service to the food everything was perfect. Chef Mark even came out and we had to commend him on how good he seasoned and ran his kitchen. The Crabs were fresh and hot and huge. Even met the Manager Matt expressed how he manages his restaurant. We will be making this a regular dining location for sure.
