Like the location with a bar and grill right in front. Quiet and area pretty clean room. The beds are way too soft for me but, my wife liked them. The breakfast is too expensive for what it is. Staff was nice but, I never got an answer as to why some people had vouchers and some had to pay for breakfast. We would probably stay again but, not sure.

I generally stay at IHG hotels as a rewards member, but this location was a bit disappointing. Apparently, the device on the door where the key is inserted had issues and my key didn't work properly. My room had a musty smell. Some of the furniture was in poor condition. This location needs attention. They haven't been keeping up the property. I won't be staying here again.

Booked a room with two beds for three people, arrived and given a room with one bed. When asking about issue with reception was not helpful at all. Lady there just said she doesn’t normally work at this hotel and she is just here to give keys out. Told we either keep the room we are given or told that we should cancel. The room then had a sofa bed but no sheets, was told they were washing extra sheets. When asked if she would bring them up when ready, was told no and we are to make our own bed. Really bad service. Avoid. Made even worse as it was 8pm at night after a long flight.

Spotless and slick lodging! I would give a 5-star rating to this inn. Up until this point, they were the cleanest inn that I at any point remained for an excursion. The pool was spotless and warm. The room where I remained was so spotless and flawless. The washroom was so extensively perfect and scents so great. The fights were so cordial and obliging. Energetically suggested!

Buena ubicación, tranquilidad para dormir, camas agradables, toallas suaves. No doy las 5 estrellas porque la tina y/o ducha estuvo obstruida y no les importó. Igualmente el house keeping dijeron que era cada tres días (A solicitud del huésped) y aún así lo cobraron.

I'd give this place no stars if I could. Avoid this hotel if you can. To start, I stayed here for 8 nights and only got house keeping once, and even then we had to ask for it. There was no microwave AND you have to pay for breakfast. The fridge didn't keep my drinks cold at all. The phone on the night stand didn't work, even when plugged in. The bed was so extremely uncomfortable that I woke up in pain every morning. The list just goes on and on. Stay somewhere else.

Embora a localização não seja o ponto forte para quem não está priorizando o aeroporto internacional, as facilidades dentro do hotel e quarto são muito confortáveis. Recepcionistas super simpáticos e o pub no estacionamento é perfeito para um happy hour ou uma beliscada altas horas da noite!

Hotel para quem quer hospedagem curta e barata. O carpete do quarto não passava uma sensação de limpeza. Hotel relativamente antigo. Ótima localização para quem quer ficar próximo ao aeroporto, dolphin mall e lojas ( porem para tudo isso precisa de carro) como quase toda Miami.

Bad experience upon arrival in Miami just extends to this Holiday Inn. First I had the longest wait in any airport I’ve been to pick up my luggage. Went to a restaurant from the airport and it took too long to get my food. Yes, the waitress was very nice and apologetic which alleviated my displeasure. Checking in at this Holiday Inn is a nightmare. I thought check in is at 3 pm but I have been waiting in the lobby forever because they have no room ready. How do you like that? Now I believe Miami is a slow moving city contrary to all things I’ve heard. The weather also sucks for late October when it’s super hot.

I Have Stayed At Several Miami Holiday Inn Locations. The Only Thing Saving This Review From Being A One Star Is My Interactions With Cierra, Antoinette, and Marcela (as well as the Housekeeper assigned to my room on Tuesday) There Was A Needle On The Carpet Of Our Room Upon Arrival As Well As Hair In Several Areas Of The Living Space. We Were Willing To Overlook This As Well As Other Little Irritants Like Employees Who Seemed Like They Could Care Less If We Jumped Off A Cliff Or Not...Like They Were Barely Tolerating Our Presence. In Lieu Of Causing Any Huge Customer Issues We Just Played It Cool. And Ultimately I Spoke To Cierra Who Apologized For Our Inconvenience And Corrected Our Issues.

Hotel room was dirty. Not a bad hotel until I checked in to my room. Bed sheets smelled horrible. Room was dusty on the night tables and tv 📺. Towels had an orange stain on them. Never again I will book same hotel. I mentioned this to the manager when I checked out and she told me she was sorry that she would tell housekeeping to do a better job next time. I’m sorry that’s not right. I had an issue with my reservation all I was asking for was compensation for the day I wasn’t able to check in because it was originally two nights but I had car trouble and had to buy a new battery and go the next day. This lady was rude she’s the manger and apparently running this place. She showed no empathy whatsoever. She cared less that I had an unpleasant stay with my husband and 2 year old daughter. I am not one to complain at all with hotels. This was my absolute worst experience with a hotel and holiday inns are pretty good but I wouldn’t recommend this location.

No Microwave in room! Rooms have a very run-down feeling. Furniture nicked up. The paint looks 5 layers deep like they paint over the dirt. The pool closed at 6 pm! So I did not even get to use it. The bar/restaurant was closed (despite signs for daily Happy Hour). Had to go to the lobby to connect to the internet. The good...my room was very easy access right outside elevator. So no long walk w/luggage. Adequate for a place to stay a night but that's about all...
