Eu amo esta pousada de férias. Grande piscina exterior com vistas deslumbrantes sobre o rio. O restaurante tem comida incrível. Há um monte de coisas para fazer ao redor do hotel a uma curta distância.

Nice room. New mattress and pillows that was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Good location. Clean. Good price.

I love this holiday inn. Great out door pool with amazing views of the river. The Restaurant has amazing food. There's a bunch of things to do around the hotel within the walking distance.

“AVOID HOLIDAY INN HOTEL CHAIN AT ALL COSTS”.STAY AT OWN RISK.Thanks to Holiday Inn Hotel’s failure to provide its customers and guests with any security in its parking garage in the Austin Texas Town Lake location, all of our Christmas gifts were stolen and our car was vandalized and broken into.There was minimal to no lighting in the garage, which also led to me falling while walking to the elevators to access the hotel lobby.The garage required a room card key to access the parking garage, yet the management claims Holiday Inn is not responsible.The management also indicated there are no cameras and no safety patrol officers in the garage.Two of the employees indicated that vandelism and theft are a common occurrence at this location and Holiday Inn knowingly turns a blind eye and still refuses to address the issue and install cameras, etc.One employee even went so far as to say that Holiday Inn installs cameras and safety precautions on the inside of their hotel to protect the employeesand their own property but refuses to provide safety cameras and/security patrol to protect its guests.Several of our wrapped gifts were very heavy boxes of new cookware sets for family members which would require the thieves to carry them down 3 floors.Either this was theft from a internal Holiday Inn employee or someone staying at the hotel who had a car in the garage.All 3-4 vehicles on our floor were broken into.I would recommend to everyone to avoid this hotel chain at all costs.

Stayed here because breakfast was included but it was included at extra fee! But Mitchell at the front desk was really great and helpful. Also our ac wasn't working the first night but they came and fixed it. The best part is the location. It's close to everything including the river. Overall it was ok but I'm gong to stick with my 4 star hotels next time.

I drove my Mom to Austin. It was late so we decided to stay at a hotel. Originally, the plan was to stop in San Antonio or continue to Laredo (her home). First hotel had a sign on the door "SOLD OUT". So I drove to the next nearest Holiday Inn. My MOMMY kept saying "let's go to Holiday Inn". So, I called in advance and was given a sweet deal over the phone. Upon arrival and check in I received a different amount? Confused I asked why I was given a different price over the phone. Well, quickly the Receptionist handed me a phone and had me speak to booking. They immediately located the original price for the hotel and discounted me as well with Veteran's Discount. (I'm a Navy Veteran). After all we received a great special deal for the room. My Mom and I stayed the night in the same hotel room. It was a nice stay.

I'm not sure why this hotel is rated as high as it is because it did not meet those expectations during our stay over the Thanksgiving break. The only positive thing I can say about our stay was the location of the hotel and that it included free parking, kind of. The room was definitely dated and if that wasn't bad enough our room in particular was so dirty. There were stains on the walls by the TV, in the bathroom by the mirrors, and the walls in the room before you enter the bathroom. Not to mention the stains on the chairs. The lamp was rusted, kind of an eyesore. The towels in the bathroom smelled so bad. The sink was filled with dirty water which I'm assuming was done by the last guests in the room but what does that say about the cleaning? The shower head had a noticeable amount of limescale. The floors are gross, you can see the difference when you look at the tile in the bathroom the grout is black and the areas where you don't walk in like the closet is white. Don't walk barefoot. The TV is small. The walls are thin so expect to hear anything going on outside. The bed sunk in a few spots. The handles on the doors to the room were installed poorly and had a gap, that's not really safe. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:45 in the morning and woke us up, even though check out is at 11 and there was a do not disturb sign on the door. I called down to front desk to confirm the check out time which is when we found out it was at 11 by the way because our reservation originally said it was at noon. Nonetheless there was no reason why housekeeping should have been knocking before it was time. As far the "free parking" given the price/quality of the stay, a $50 deposit fee, it doesn't really make it free parking. The parking spaces are small, there were no handicap accessible parking spaces avaliable near the elevators or at all that I could tell, and there were too many areas of the parking garage that had no lighting making if feel unsafe. The staff was professional at most but nothing over and beyond. This hotel is in need of some renovations.
