“El hotel es bueno. Leímos muchas críticas de que el hotel es antiguo, etc. Sí, el hotel sin duda no es nuevo, pero depende con qué comparar. Si estás acostumbrado a relajarte en hoteles de lujo, creo que no te impresionará. Pero si estaba en el medio de los cinco, entonces le gustará Riksos bab al bakhr. El hotel es grande y espacioso. Varias piscinas, hay una piscina solo para adultos, hay una piscina para niños con toboganes. Gran playa, limpia, hermosa. Arena blanca importada. El mar es transparente. Hay suficiente comida, pero la variedad es menor que la habitual turca. Posiblemente relacionado con una pandemia. Pero seguro que no te quedarás con hambre. 6 restaurantes a la carta, donde puedes registrarte gratis, todos los días. Una sala de juegos débil para niños, pero un buen club para adolescentes. Hay air hockey, billar, tenis y 7-8 playstations. En general, nos gustó el hotel.”

“We came for a staycation for 2 night, I won't say the whole experience wad bad but majority was.
I will start with the positive,
1. People working in the hotel are very nice and considerate.
2. The concept of the hotel is also nice, the "all inclusive" offer is wonderful.
3. The facilities available in the hotel are also nice. They have a clinic and pharmacy and other things.
With the not so good part of the experience.
1. Cleanliness, the hotel Cleanliness was not good at all, on day one when I went to shower, yellow water came out of the shower. The windows were not cleaned even though smudges were seen on it. I just say upon letting the team know about these issues they sent room service to deal with the issues.
2. The water heater kettle was dirty (like in the photo attached).
3. The restaurants we went to (Italian and Turkish) even though the food tasted somewhat good but it was served cold, microwave heated and not very appealing to the eye.
4. If you have a room on the first floor, you won't have a good sleep as the noise from the people from the pool or the bar will come directly to the room.
Overall, I would highly recommend if the hotel can fix some of those critical issues as they will truly enhance the experience”
