“This hotel is AWESOME! The staff here is probably the best customer service I have ever received. They were there at your immediate request for anything you required. Always had a smile on their faces, was eager to help, and went above and beyond to assist. The hotel has a superb view, especially from the upgraded building. The sunset/Sunrise was just breath taking. There is a massive infinity edge pool that bleeds into the skyline. You can waddle around and soak in the view for hours. The rooms were nice, large, and super comfortable. The food options are incredible. I travel a lot, and the breakfast options here was just great and among the best any hotel could offer. Everything was freshly made, and delicious. Dinner was also pretty darn good. The building can use a little updating here and there, but nothing of major concern. If you can afford to stay there....please do. You will enjoy every bit of it.”

“One of the BEST hotels in the world hands down .... the service and workers are amazing literally 6 out of 5 stars for me cause it was that good management and staff are so kind and helpful.... safe taxis can be called at your request .... also best part when u leave the hotel you can book separate a departure room for one hour prior to you booking out at 12pm meaning you can stay around the hotel use the pool and the lounge has a SHOWER for the 31 degree plus weather .... highly recommended and worth every pretty penny in your Gucci bag”
