Ótima chegada e recepção, quarto limpo com todas as comodidades adequadas que eu esperava das marcas Hilton. Internet estava no local, banho era limpo e bem decorado. A cama era datada e poderia usar um upgrade para espuma de gel ou tipo de ar, como no Hilton Garden Inns de antigamente. Ótimo café da manhã completo!

Gran llegada y recepción, habitación limpia con todas las comodidades adecuadas que esperaba de las marcas Hilton. Internet era impecable, el baño estaba limpio y bien equipado. La cama estaba anticuada y le vendría bien una actualización a espuma de gel o tipo de aire, como en Hilton Garden Inns de antaño. Gran buffet de desayuno completo!

Great arrival and reception, clean room with all the proper amenities I have come to expect from Hilton brands. Internet was spot-on, bath was clean and well appointed. Bed was dated and could use an upgrade to either gel-foam or air type such as in Hilton Garden Inns of old. Great full breakfast buffet!

A equipe da recepção do hotel é incrível e a localização é central para fazer compras. Infelizmente, é aí que termina a diversão deste hotel. O quarto é minúsculo, cama extremamente firme (e eu gosto de uma cama firme), aparelho de ar condicionado desatualizado e realmente não gera muita saída. O chuveiro leva muito tempo para aquecer e as tomadas elétricas das lâmpadas são muito frouxas, por isso suas conexões podem não funcionar se tentar carregar um telefone, etc. O telefone do quarto também não tinha fio, então tive que ligar para o recepção através do meu celular. O restaurante estava escuro e os recipientes do café da manhã vazios 30 minutos antes do horário marcado para o término do café da manhã. Eles não têm uma estação de omelete ou buffet como outros hotéis DoubleTree. O garçom disse ao meu namorado que não tínhamos direito ao café da manhã incluso quando, na verdade, somos membros Diamante, o que permite até $ 12 / pessoa por dia para 1 membro Diamante e 1 hóspede. No geral, eu fiquei em hotéis DoubleTree muito melhores. Embora seja ótimo experimentar a equipe incrível da recepção ... não é isso que estou pagando.

El personal de la recepción del hotel es increíble y la ubicación es céntrica para ir de compras. Desafortunadamente, ahí es donde termina el disfrute de este hotel. La habitación es pequeña, la cama extremadamente firme (y me gusta una cama firme), la unidad de aire acondicionado está desactualizada y realmente no genera mucho rendimiento. La ducha tarda mucho en calentarse y los enchufes eléctricos de las lámparas están muy sueltos, por lo que es posible que las conexiones no funcionen si intenta cargar un teléfono, etc. El teléfono de la habitación tampoco tenía cable, por lo que tuve que llamar al recepción a través de mi celular. El restaurante estaba oscuro y los recipientes del desayuno vacíos 30 minutos antes de la hora prevista para el final del desayuno. No tienen una estación de tortillas o buffet como otros hoteles DoubleTree. The staff was great but the decor in the rooms is dated. The location of the hotel is amazing with a mall directly across the street and plenty of options for food and stores to visit.

Hotel Front Desk staff is awesome and the location is centrally located to shopping. Unfortunately, that's where the enjoyment of this hotel ends. The room is tiny, bed extremely firm (and I like a firm bed), a/c unit outdated and doesn't really generate much output. The shower takes a very long time to heat up and the electric outlets on the lamps are very loose so your connections may not work if trying to charge a phone, etc. The room phone also didn't have a cord so had to call the front desk via my cell. The restaurant was dark and breakfast containers empty 30 min before Breakfast was scheduled to end. They don't have an omelet station or buffet like other DoubleTree hotels. The server told my boyfriend we weren't eligible for the included breakfast when actually we're Diamond members which allows up to $12/person per day for 1 Diamond member and 1 guest. Overall, I've stayed at much better DoubleTree hotels. While experiencing awesome Front Desk staff is great...that's not what I'm ultimately paying for.

Hotel muy anticuado. Estaba programado para quedarme 2 semanas pero no duré 2 noches. No hay agua caliente, techo super bajo en la ducha. Siendo un hombre alto, literalmente tuve que agacharme para lavarme el pelo. Cama muy incómoda.Tampoco hay snack bar en este hotel, todas son máquinas expendedoras. El restaurante parecía agradable, pero no sabían cómo apagar la calefacción. Era insoportable incluso sentarse allí durante 5 minutos.En general, el peor Double Tree en el que me he alojado. El Home2Suites en el futuro es mucho mejor y nuevo. Recomiendo quedarse allí.

Hotel muito desatualizado. Estava programado para ficar 2 semanas, mas eu não aguentei 2 noites. Sem água quente, teto super baixo no chuveiro. Por ser um homem alto, literalmente tive que se agachar para lavar o cabelo. Cama muito desconfortável.Não há lanchonete neste hotel também, é tudo máquinas de venda automática. O restaurante parecia bom, mas eles não conseguiam descobrir como desligar o aquecedor. Era insuportável até ficar sentado ali por 5 minutos.No geral, o pior Double Tree em que já me hospedei. O Home2Suites do futuro é muito melhor e novo. Recomendo ficar lá.

A garçonete do restaurante decidiu escrever sua própria gorjeta em cima da gorjeta que deixamos para ela. O gerente de alimentos e bebidas Neil também foi muito rude comigo e xingou e perguntou onde eu trabalho na frente dos hóspedes no saguão do hotel. The waitress at the restaurant decided to write in her own tip on top of the tip we left her. The food and beverage manager Neil was also very rude to me and cursing and asking where do I work at in front of guests in the hotel lobby. I have a picture of the receipt that shows the total as $50 with tip and filed a claim with navy federal. I was charged $60 on my Hilton account and navy federal is showing a $75 charge. That is credit card fraud and we will be pressing charges.

Very outdated hotel. Was scheduled to stay 2 weeks but I didn't last 2 nights. No hot water, ceiling super lower in shower. Being a tall man, literally had to squat to wash my hair. Bed very uncomfortable. There is no snack bar in this hotel either, it's all vending machines. The restaurant seemed nice but they couldn't figure out how to turn the heat off. It was unbearable to even sit there for 5 minutes. Overall, worst Double Tree I've ever stayed at. The Home2Suites down the road is much better and brand new. Recommend staying there.

Hotel staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. They attended to anything you ask them, and want to ensure you feel appreciated as a guest and customer. The hotel is clean, but in need of some minor repair and refreshing looks. For example, the indoor pool area had a number of HVAC systems leak and drop water on the floor in various places. Staff had placed buckets underneath each area to catch the leaks. This hotel was not quite representing the upscale image of a DoubleTree Hilton hotel like I am used to, more like an average 2- or 3-star hotel. Food was about average, not over impressive and could be improved further. Was overall OK with my stay here, cannot complain. The best was that the staff were nice and makes you feel welcome.
