“Staff was great. The amenities provided with the room were also great ($30 daily food credit, free shuttle to Disney, 2 complimentary waters daily). We also enjoyed the outdoor pool. The rooms were spacious but nothing else about them was good. We had bugs in our kitchen area. Maintenance apparently came up and sprayed for bugs during our stay but we still saw them. Bathrooms are dated. Half the time we did not have hot water in the shower and the sink did not properly drain. The AC also did not work. There is no cool option, it just runs on fan mode. We did not stay in the room much thankfully since we were here to visit Disney. We would not recommend staying here because the rooms were so poor.”

“Had such a great time at DoubleTree, so convenient for those enjoying the Disney Parks. Walking distance to Disney Springs and shuttle service to and from parks with ability to take advantage of early entry as a Disney affiliated resort hotel. Additionally as a Hilton Honors member got to enjoy a daily credit toward food and enjoyed the breakfast buffet featuring Mickey Waffles and a custom made omelette station. The rooms were very spacious for my family of 5 with two queens in a separate bedroom and a living room area sofa bed and kitchen and dining. Would recommend and stay again!”
