“Our family traveled over 700 miles to Buffalo with no knowledge of the area. Our primary attraction was to be Niagara Falls but we had a full week to explore. This location provided easy access to all of our day trips and outings. It is VERY near the airport but isn't as loud OR congested as you might expect. The room was clean and comfortable (which is saying something for a family of five for a week!). Breakfast was amazing, thanks to Carl, each and every day. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
We were initially disappointed that none of the rooms were double queen suites, so we ended up paying a little extra for a rollaway bed. I also missed the fact that there were no microwaves in the rooms (one in lobby is available for guest use). The Hilton practice of larger shampoo/conditioner/soap products affixed to the wall was efficient, but ours were nearly empty and remained so since we didn't request housekeeping service during our stay--an easy fix, I assume, if we had asked.
We would definitely stay at this hotel upon a return trip to the area!”

“Rooms are large and spacious. All spaces are clean and breakfast was fresh and decent as well. Where this hotel really shines is the staff. They are incredibly kind, with special shout out to Brian and Annie. They go above and beyond to be nice and treat others with respect. I witnessed them helping a guest and they were genuine with their concern for her and made sure she knew they were there for her and where to find them if she needed anything else. They also greet everyone with a smile and genuine compassion. Kudos to them and the hotel!”
