Good breakfast, helpful staff. FYI, their pool hasn’t been open (when we visit annually) in years, and they are finally just going to remove it whenever they renovate.

Nice hotel, a equipe foi útil, a 6 minutos do Walmart/pequena área de compras e alimentação mais próxima, a 8 minutos do aeroporto, 25-30 minutos do centro da cidade. Quarto duplo tinha cozinha/área de jantar agradável, 2 quartos de bom tamanho e 2 banheiros (parece exatamente como as fotos). Há apenas um posto de gasolina / McDonalds bem perto do hotel. Área de pátio ao ar livre e churrasqueira disponível, mini-mercado (um pouco caro), piscina, pequena academia e quadra de basquete. O café da manhã era self-service e tinha uma boa variedade.A única desvantagem é que os quartos são um pouco quentes. Eu não podia dizer se o ar estava fluindo ou não.

Bonito hotel, el personal fue servicial, a 6 minutos del Walmart más cercano/pequeña zona de tiendas y restaurantes, a 8 minutos del aeropuerto, a 25-30 minutos del centro. La habitación doble tenía una bonita cocina/comedor, 2 habitaciones de buen tamaño y 2 baños (se parece a las fotos). Solo hay una gasolinera McDonalds cerca del hotel. Área de patio al aire libre y parrilla disponible, mini mercado (un poco costoso), piscina, pequeño gimnasio y cancha de baloncesto. El desayuno era de autoservicio y tenía una variedad bastante buena.El único inconveniente es que las habitaciones son un poco cálidas. No podía decir si el aire fluía o no.

Nice hotel, staff was helpful, 6 minutes from the nearest Walmart/small shopping & eating area, 8 minutes from the airport, 25-30 minutes from downtown. Double bedroom had nice kitchen/dining area, 2 nice sized bedrooms & 2 baths (looks just like the pictures). There’s only a McDonalds/Gas station right near the hotel. Outdoor patio area and grill available, mini market (a bit costly), Pool, small gym and basketball court. Breakfast was self-serve and had a pretty good variety. The only down side is that the rooms are a little warm. I couldn’t tel if the air was flowing or not.

The property is very dated. I only stayed there for two nights and my room was not serviced completely. Only fresh towels were given when they service my room everything else was not cleaned.

Precisa atualizar mal. Os telefones não funcionavam de jeito nenhum. Acho que eles acham que todo mundo tem celulares. Não sabia que a piscina estava sendo retirada até depois do check-in. A piscina foi uma das principais razões pelas quais reservei. Banheiro poderia ser mais limpo. A geladeira tinha migalhas velhas de comida que pareciam insetos. Os pratos eram nojentos. Eu literalmente fui à Target para comprar panelas e utensílios. Havia um odor nos corredores e no quarto. Os móveis estavam gastos e sujos. O colchão precisa ser substituído mal e a roupa de cama era nojenta. Eu também comprei lençóis e fronhas do alvo próximo. Este quarto estava em pior forma do que um Motel 6 ou Super 8. Super decepcionado. Eu nunca vou vir a este local novamente.

Ela foi extremamente doce e paciente (eu viajei com minhas (2) filhas pequenas e ela sempre nos ajudou sem esforço). A mulher que trabalhou no turno depois dela (absolutamente adorou sua vibração!) foi muito empática e atenciosa quando se tratava de abordar pessoalmente os problemas que surgiram no meio da noite. Ela foi rápida e proficiente. Por último, mas certamente não menos importante, havia uma mulher lá durante o turno da manhã que estava além da compreensão e agradável. Ela graciosamente me ajudou no check-out de forma profissional e razoável. e eloquente - abordando alguns inconvenientes durante a minha estadia. O profissionalismo e o atendimento ao cliente que essas mulheres fornecem são a ÚNICA razão pela qual minha avaliação é 5 e não 3 ou inferior. Fue muy empática y atenta a la hora de abordar personalmente los problemas que surgieron en medio de la noche. Ella fue rápida y competente. Por último, pero ciertamente no menos importante, había una mujer allí durante el turno de la mañana que era más que comprensible y agradable. Ella amablemente me ayudó en el check-out de una manera profesional y razonable. y manera elocuente, abordando algunos inconvenientes durante mi estadía. The staff is fantastic. The shuttle drivers are very friendly, helpful, and gave me a great experience in the city. Special shout-out to Anthony!

Needs updating badly. Phones did not work at all. I guess they figure everyone has cellphones. Was unaware that the pool was being taken out until after checking in. The pool was one of the main reasons that I booked. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The refrigerator had old crumbs of food that looked like bugs. The dishes were disgusting. I literally went to Target to purchase cookware and utensils. There was an odor in the halls and room. Furniture was worn down and dirty. The mattress needs to be replaced badly and the linen was disgusting. I also purchased linen and pillow cases from the near by target. This room was in worse shape than a Motel 6 or Super 8. Super disappointed. I will never come to this location again.

It was my first time to Saint Louis, and I was disappointed with the entire trip. I checked in to this hotel. I'm a titanium member with Marriott. This property seemed like I went back in time. This place never had a renovation. I was immediately taking back and was ready to leave. At this point, they need to close down to have a complete renovation. This is definitely not up to Marriott standards. This place is the first of everything the Tvs, the beds, the carpet, the refrigerator, and the bathroom. It was disgusting how old and outdated this place is.The customer service was not good either. I would think if your hotel is very outdated. The customer service should be exceptional.I'm definitely not used to places like this being a titanium member with Marriott. I will never return to the hotel. This property makes the Marriott brand look terrible. It's definitely a no star and thumbs down for me.

Very helpful staff: ESPECIALLY the young lady who worked maybe the 3p-11p shift. She was extremely sweet and patient (I traveled with my (2) young daughters and she always assisted us effortlessly). The woman who worked the shift after her (absolutely loved her vibe!) was very empathetic and attentive when it came to personally addressing issues that arose in the middle of the night. She was both prompt and proficient. Last, but certainly not least, was a woman there during the morning shift who was beyond understanding and pleasant. She graciously assisted me at check-out in a professional, reasonable. and eloquent manner—addressing a few inconveniences during my stay. The sheer professionalism and customer care these women provide are the ONLY reason why my review is a 5 and not a 3 or lower. Great customer service is near extinction, but you’re guaranteed that and a clean, comfortable room if you stay here.

I really wish I could rate this room higher. The staff was friendly. My room was nice. However my room had some issues. In my room. The form of the carpet was exposed. I spoke to the manager who told me she was aware of the problem and waiting for corporate to fix it. First it was not 100% clean. Especially when I looked behind the bed.There was also missing carpet

Eu vou aqui também relaxar e descontrair após cada semana de trabalho. O hotel é tranquilo e eles têm quartos limpos e uma excelente equipe. O fator mais importante para mim... Nada de festas barulhentas ou cheiro de maconha enquanto você anda pelos corredores.

I go here too relax and unwind after each work week. The hotel is quiet and they have clean rooms and a great staff. The most important factor to me ..No loud parties or the smell of marijuana as you walk down the halls.
