We stayed in this hotel 5 nights and never had ANY cleaning service in our suite. No one emptied trash,checked towel supply etc. We were on our last half roll of toilet paper and totally out of kleenex when we checked out.

Ficamos neste hotel 5 noites e nunca tivemos nenhum serviço de limpeza em nossa suíte. Ninguém esvaziou o lixo, verificou o fornecimento de toalhas etc. Estávamos em nossa última metade do rolo de papel higiênico e totalmente fora do lenço de papel quando fizemos o check-out.

Fiquei aqui no caminho pela cidade e fui agradavelmente surpreendido por eles. A cama era super confortável e os lençóis eram incríveis. Eles permitem animais de estimação (taxa de animal de estimação) que foi ótimo, uma vez que temos cães e a sensação geral é limpo e amigável. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente e recomendo para o preço (empresa Priceline que encontrou).

Me alojé aquí de camino a la ciudad y me sorprendieron gratamente. La cama era súper cómoda y las sábanas se sentían increíbles. Se admiten mascotas (tarifa por mascota), lo cual fue excelente, ya que tenemos perros y la sensación general es limpia y amigable. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo y lo recomiendo encarecidamente por el precio (Priceline).

Stayed here on the way through town and have been pleasantly surprised by them. The bed was super comfy and the sheets felt amazing. They allow pets (pet fee) which was great since we have dogs and the over all feel is clean and friendly. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it for the price (Priceline).

Eu amo os hotéis Hilton. É por isso que fiquei lá. Quarto estava ok, um pouco batido, mas ainda vale a pena ficar. Hotel coisas não eram tão amigáveis. Eu senti que eles são rápidos em julgar as pessoas com base em sua aparência. Nenhum "bom dia" quando descíamos para o café da manhã ou qualquer saudação agradável. E, pela primeira vez, minha família e eu não dormimos bem por causa dos convidados barulhentos no andar de cima. Estou muito desapontado ☹️. Eu não estou pagando um preço mais alto para o hotel ser desprezado pela equipe ou não conseguir dormir por causa dos outros hóspedes. Com isso dito, acredito que não vamos ficar em CASA 2 na próxima vez que estivermos em Gillette.

I love Hilton hotels. That's why I stayed there. Room was ok, a little beat up but still worth staying in. Hotel stuff wasn't that friendly. I felt like they are fast to judge people based on their appearance. No "good morning" when wecame down for breakfast or any pleasant greeting at all. And for the first time my family and I didn't get no good sleep because of loud guests upstairs. I'm very disappointed ☹️. I am not paying a higher price for the hotel to be looked down at by the staff or not getting any sleep because of other guests. With that said I do believe we won't be staying at HOME 2 next time we are in Gillette.

Me encantan los hoteles Hilton. Por eso me quedé allí. La habitación estaba bien, un poco gastada, pero aún así vale la pena quedarse. Las cosas del hotel no eran tan amigables. Sentí que son rápidos para juzgar a las personas en función de su apariencia. Ningún "buenos días" cuando bajamos a desayunar ni ningún saludo agradable. Y por primera vez mi familia y yo no pudimos dormir bien debido a los invitados ruidosos en el piso de arriba. Estoy muy decepcionado ☹️. No estoy pagando un precio más alto para que el personal mire hacia abajo al hotel o para que no duerma debido a otros huéspedes. Dicho esto, creo que no nos quedaremos en HOME 2 la próxima vez que estemos en Gillette.

Geralmente amo esta cadeia. Nosso quarto de hotel atual estava sujo quando fizemos o check-in, o sabonete líquido está fora (eles tinham barras de sabão) e a piscina está baixa. De modo geral, não são grandes problemas, mas esperamos mais do Home2 Suites.

Todos no hotel foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Eu tinha tudo que precisava. A sala era grande e limpa. Eu estava viajando com meu gato, e a taxa do animal de estimação é menos da metade do que o Residence Inn cobra. Check-in rápido, carrinhos de bagagem estavam disponíveis para facilitar a movimentação da bagagem e fazer o check-in rápido. Recomendo vivamente este hotel. :)

Todos en el hotel fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales. Tenía todo lo que necesitaba. La habitación era grande y limpia. Viajaba con mi gato y la tarifa por mascota es menos de la mitad de lo que cobra Residence Inn. El check-in rápido, los carritos de equipaje estaban disponibles para facilitar la mudanza del equipaje y el check-in rápido. Recomiendo altamente este hotel. :)

Generalmente me encanta esta cadena. Nuestra habitación de hotel actual estaba sucia cuando nos registramos, el gel de baño está fuera (tenían barras de jabón) y la piscina está caída. En general, no son grandes problemas, pero esperamos más de Home2 Suites.

Generally love this chain.Our current hotel room was dirty when we check in, the body wash is out (they did have bars of soap), and the pool is down.All in all not huge issues but we’ve come to expect more from Home2 Suites.

Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful.I had everything I needed.The room was large and clean. I was traveling with my cat, and the pet fee is less than half of what Residence Inn charges.Fast check-in, luggage carts were available to make moving baggage easy, and fast check-in. I highly recommend this hotel.:)

A equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Amei o geladeira particularmente e o café-da-manhã que foi incluído. Infelizmente, não pode classificar mais de 3 porque os sabonetes e loções de cortesia não foram incluídos e quase parecia que o banheiro não foi limpo antes da minha estadia. Tudo o resto correu bem.

Quartos de hotel maravilhosos e grandes em estilo de apartamento com uma cozinha muito boa, área de estar e quarto separado. Parecia espaçoso, era ideal para uma família e acomodava meu animal de estimação. A única recomendação é colocar quartos que aceitem animais de estimação no primeiro andar, perto de uma saída para viagens rápidas. Definitivamente, minha rede de hotéis e hotéis favoritos!

El personal fue muy amable y acogedor. La habitación era espaciosa y estaba limpia. Me encantó la nevera en particular y el desayuno que estaba incluido. Desafortunadamente, no puedo calificarlo con más de 3 porque los jabones y lociones de cortesía no estaban incluidos y casi parecía que el baño no se limpió antes de mi estadía. Todo lo demás salió genial.

Maravillosas y amplias habitaciones de hotel estilo apartamento con una cocina muy bonita, sala de estar y dormitorio independiente. Se sentía espaciosa, era ideal para una familia y se adaptaba a mi mascota. La única recomendación es colocar habitaciones que admitan mascotas en un primer piso cerca de una salida para viajes rápidos. ¡Definitivamente mi cadena de hoteles y hotel favorito!

Wonderful, large apartment style hotel rooms with a very nice kitchen, living area, and separate bedroom. It felt spacious,was ideal for a family, and was accommodating to my pet. Only recommendation is to put pet friendly rooms on a first floor near an exit for quick trips out. Definitely my favorite hotel chain and hotel!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Loved the fridge particularly and the breakfast that was included. Unfortunately cannot rate it more than a 3 because the complimentary soaps, lotions were not included and it almost looked like the restroom was not cleaned before my stay. Everything else went great.
