Que mala experiencia pase con este hotel, gracias a Dios pude llegar a otro hotel a medianoche, verdadero halloween!! De mi parte jamas volveria a alojarme en este hotel..... aunque no es todo el personal pues entre los empleados habian muy buenas personas amables y atentas.

Cockroach Plaza Se você estiver hospedado no quarto 1120, espera não dormir, o medo de uma barata rastejando para a cama era real. Não perca tempo ou dinheiro hospedado neste hotel. Sim, fica muito perto do aeroporto, mas você pode dormir melhor embaixo de uma ponte em algum lugar e mais barato. Eu só consegui tirar algumas fotos, mas elas estavam espalhadas no banheiro, na mesa e na cama. Boa sorte.

Cockroach Plaza If you are staying on room 1120 expect to not sleep at all, the fear of a cockroach crawling into the bed was real. Do not waste your time or money staying in this hotel. Yes is very close to the airport but you might get better sleep under a bridge somewhere and for cheaper. I was only able to take a couple of pictures but they were all over the bathroom, desk and bed. Good luck.

I called before check in to let the hotel know that i was coming but i was going to be coming in late being that I'm coming from out of town, they said it would be fine and they would put a note on my reservation. Fast forward to my coming in, they are charging me my full stay plus a deposit. I checked my account and seen i was already charged $144.19, so i couldn't understand why i was being charged 388.00, which would include my 2 nights 288.00, plus the $100 deposit, i told the front desk receptionist that they already charged me 144.19 , she told me that once I pay for my room, the 144.19 would be reversed, which didn't make sense, the 144.19 should have been deducted from my overall total of 388.00.. so i basically paid over $500 for a room that i originally booked for 288.00 , im not even upset about the $100 deposit because that's typical for hotels but now im being told i have to wait 2-3 days to get my money back, can you imagine how frustrated it is to be OUT OF TOWN and now you're stuck in the room because the hotel took more money than what they should have. Despite all of that, I can say the hotel itself is nice, pretty clean, I would stay here again but NOT IF THEY ARE GOING TO BE TAKING MONEY THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE.

We had a nice stay. The lady who checked us in was great. She was super helpful and friendly. The next morning when I had some issues with my keys there was a different woman working. She was rude and seemed to be annoyed that I was asking for keys that worked. It took me 3 times to finally get keys that worked. Instead of apologizing, she acted like I was making it up. Did she really think I wanted to waste my time going back and forth to the front desk. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I was nothing but pleasant with her. There was no need for her to be so rude.

Parking is $15 and it is in a parking garage that you get to in the middle of the building. I passed it like twice before finding it. The room was great though. Really big, for a hotel room, and super spacious. I got a double room and the beds are so COZY. I stayed there to be closer to an event and I didn't even go because I fell asleep and the bed would not let me go. It was too comfortable lol. I highly recommend for sure. I forgot to take pictures but it was clean. Very clean. Trust me my standards for clean are high.

Nice clean room. Great location being close to FLL. Only issue was catching the airport shuttle and a long line at the front desk at 1 am. However the staff were working as fast as they could and were very polite and apologetic. Overall a positive experience.

Las instalaciones son excelentes y en todo momento recibí muy buen servicio. La habitación tiene una excelente vista, además de que es sumamente confortable y limpia. Adicionalmente usé los servicios de almuerzo y cena, y ambas comidas estuvieron muy bien. Ofrece traslado gratuito para el aeropuerto.

Room carpet filthy. The way the restaurant was run, was odd as hell. The only way we could be seated was if a table opened up when the exact amount we had. For example, we were a party of 2, and couldn't be seated if a table of 4 opened up, even though we were there for much longer waiting. Us 2 and another couple got tired of waiting so we agreed to sit together at a table of 4 instead of both couples waiting a long time. One of the couple sitting with us wanted more coffee when the waiter want around and the hostess sent her in the gift shop to get it. They had a coffee pot in there. It was just a really strange set up. Positives, the front desk clerks that we dealt with ( 2 of them ) were very good!

Very busy at check in. We were lucky to get our room straight away, but some had to wait a long time. Hotel was very busy as there were 8 cruise ships in port. Room nice and ling bed comfortable. Had a move meal at Kikies. Close and convenient to port and airport.

Great location - short distance from the airport & cruise terminal. There is a hotel shuttle but we used Lyft. Check in was easy - Nicky & Andrew at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There are some good breakfast & dinner restaurant options within walking distance.

The fire alarm kept going off every 2 hour from 10pm until after 5am. Then it would go off every 20 minutes or so for another hour or so. No explanation from the staff. The evacuation route took us outside along side the building in an area where the fence was locked so if there was a real fire, there would have been no escaped. No apparent training for staff as to what should be done in case of a fire. Staff did not know to call 911. They called the local fire department. When asked about compensation, we were given a business with the GM name and invited to call him AFTER 10am.

My husband and I had a reservation far out in advance with this location and had to cancel. When we cancelled no one was really willing to help us from a Corporate standpoint. The Corporate connection we made stated that we were unable to get our money back - we settled with not getting our money back and cancelled our reservation. Once the date came that we were supposed to be staying our card was then charged a no show fee. We called the hotel and finally we were helped by the Manager at this location. He not only apologized he refunded our no show fee AND the original charge we never thought we would be getting back. I appreciate people who take their customer service seriously and actually care about others. Before today I would never stay at a Crowne Plaza and I would never suggest it for any of my friends and family. It took one employee to just show that they cared enough to listen to our story. I wish I could remember his name but he saved the Crowne Plaza name for us.
