Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was ok, needs to be remodeled. Luggage cart was beat up needed replacement. Furniture in my king room was stained and musty. Bathroom shower needs updating , fresh paint. I expected better from the Marriott brand. Why would the air conditioner be under the shelf that holds the refrigerator? Carpet was wet near the a/c. No free breakfast, or any breakfast at all. Bistro was closed during my two night stay.

While the staff was courteous building itself was horrible. Upon checking in, we went straight to our room. We could not get the door to latch. After inspecting it, it was obvious that the whole locking mechanism was broken. Next we entered the bathroom which was covered with mold on all of the walls. We tried calling the front desk from the phone in our room but it would not work. After walking down to the front desk, the were very polite and immediately moved us into another room. The "new" room was free of mold but overall dingy. The sheets, thankfully, were clean. I would not recommend staying in this hotel!!!!!

Meu marido e eu ficamos lá por 3 noites. Está muito bem localizado, a 2 minutos do shopping e a 5 minutos do centro da cidade.Os quartos eram muito agradáveis, limpos e confortáveis. Mas você pode querer fazer algumas viagens em vez de usar o carrinho.2) Vimos fotos da piscina e foi muito bom e o mensageiro mencionou que poderíamos nadar à tarde e fechou às 22h, o que achamos ótimo. Perguntei na recepção se estava aberto e eles disseram que sim. Nossa surpresa quando chegamos lá foi que era BRUTO. Verde e musgoso, não tinha como entrar lá, tinha um brinquedo no fundo da piscina, insetos, folhas... Foi horrível. Então nós apenas saímos no pátio, o que é muito bom. Notificamos a recepção e a resposta foi apenas "oh sim, percebemos, desculpe por isso." Teria sido melhor se eles tivessem dito desde o início que precisava de manutenção porque tínhamos cancelado os planos de apenas relaxar na piscina e, uma vez que nos aprontássemos, tivemos que voltar e usar roupas normais e perdemos o almoço em família.3) Ficamos durante todo o fim de semana e o restaurante/bar estava "fechado para o fim de semana." My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights. It is very well located, 2 minutes away from the mall and 5 minutes away from the Downtown area.Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. I'm giving 3 stars because there are so many things that could be better and could've made our stay more comfortable.1) The carts to take the luggage to the room are broken. We were attending to a wedding so we had the gift, our dress/tux and some other things besides our regular bag so it would've been easier to just take it instead of going back and forth. We didn't realize it the poles weren't securely attached to the base and it broke our wedding gift. (Luckily we had the mall across the street to replace it). But you may want to take a couple of trips instead of using the cart.2) We saw pictures of the pool and it was very nice and the bell boy mentioned we could go swim in the afternoon and it closed at 10pm which we thought it was great. I asked at the front desk if it was open and they said yes. Our surprise when we got there was that it was GROSS. Green and mossy, there was no way anyone would get in there, there was a toy at the bottom of the pool, bugs, leaves... It was just awful. So we just hung out on the patio which is really nice. We notified the front desk and the answer was just "oh yeah, we noticed, sorry about that." It would've been better if they had said from the beginning that it needed maintenance because we had canceled plans to just chill at the pool and once we got ready we had to go back and chance to regular clothes and we missed the family lunch.3) We stayed over the whole weekend and the restaurant/bar was "closed for the weekend." Thankfully we took some snacks and drinks and there are supermarkets around if you need water, drinks, etc just to have in your room. Yes, there are bars and places to eat around but sometimes you just want to chill at your hotel and have a drink there. It is a shame because their menu looked good.4) Costumer service could really improve. Every time we asked for something they seemed really unhelpful and not showing any interest of at least being nice. Even when we walked in or out it was hard for them to smile and reply to our "good morning/good evening".Also, I understand that because of Covid housekeeping is upon request but when we asked for fresh towelsthey told us they were out of towels because a sports team that was staying there used them all. I walked out of the bedroom and saw the house keeping lady and asked her if she had 2 bath towels and she kindly offered to take them to our room when she was done cleaning a room that had checked out, did not mention at all that they were out of towels or anything and she took us 2 full sets of towels.5) This is just me, but the wedding day was pouring and my husband asked for an umbrella to go bring the car to the front to pick me up and not get wet and same "we don't have any." I think those areas of opportunity would make the hotel 10 times better because it's got so much potential and we would be willing to stay there again.Usually Courtyards are really comfortable hotels and enjoyable, so I think it has a lot of opportunity to improve and make things right with just a few things that would make a big difference.Would I recommend it? If you're looking for a place to just sleep, yes. Maybe we just went on a bad weekend for them which considering we're on summer holidays it would be weird for them to be unprepared.

O lado de fora do prédio parecia bom, mas quando você entrava no seu quarto era uma história diferente. O banheiro ficou tão cheio de vapor que cada centímetro do banheiro estava coberto de condensação e / ou água que havia espirrado em todos os lugares do lado de fora do chuveiro sem porta. Th impossibilitava que a umidade se dissipasse. O papel de parede estava mofado e descascando. A pintura estava descascando. As pernas da pia estavam todas deformadas e descascando porque estavam se molhando enquanto eu estava tomando banho também. O chuveiro estava imundo. Até os cobertores e travesseiros estavam um pouco úmidos.Infelizmente eu não recomendaria ficar aqui. Há estadias melhores na rua.

The outside of the building looked nice, but once you got into your room it was a different story. There was stains on the couch, what looked like cat litter along the base of the wall, mold around the AC unit, water damage on the bathroom vanity from there being no shower curtain, the shower was not clean and the television was damaged with bright spots. According to the front desk clerk the fire alarm goes off everynight, which it did for us at 11:30pm. After the alarm there was a blue light that flashed in the room all night. For the amount of money we had to pay this was a very disappointing hotel.

When first walking into the lobby it was nice & cool and smelled nice. It seemed to have been upgraded, possibly recently. The woman at the front desk wasn't specifically friendly but wasn't rude, just seemed like she wanted to be done for the day. I arrived closer to 5pm and was exhausted myself. When I got in my room I was immediately hit with warm, moist, moldy air and odor. I went directly to the AC to turn it down. It is Louisiana and I realize it's hot and muggy out, so I didn't think too much of it at that moment. The AC worked but did nothing to take away the humidity from the air. It was so humid that the carpet was wet and I wasn't able to walk around barefoot or set anything on the floor. The bathroom and entryway tile floors were still wet, I assumed from them being cleaned recently. I was there for one night/two days and that tile floor and carpet was wet my entire stay, that's how humid it was in the room. There was no door to the shower and seemingly no fan in the bathroom (that I could locate anyway). The bathroom got so steamy that every inch of the bathroom was covered in condensation and/or water that had splashed everywhere outside the shower with no door. Th made it impossible for the humidity to clear out. The wallpaper was moldy and peeling off. The paint was peeling. The legs of the sink vanity were all warped and peeling because they were getting wet while I was taking a shower as well. The shower was filthy. Even the blankets & pillow were slightly damp. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend staying here. There are better stays down the street.

This place needs to be remodeled. In our first room, the tv was about to fall. Our second room had one working plug. The Trim was hanging. Dirty corners. The toilet paper dispenser was hanging. Sanitizers in the building were empty. No coffee in the lobby, no breakfast. For the price, I would hope Marriott would give a good product. I felt like I was staying at the red roof inn. This stay was the worst Marriott experience. I won't stay here again.

Reservation cancelled without any notice. The front desk staff seemed to know the name of the reservation and yet they claimed it wasn’t there. We had 5 rooms booked for two nights! There was a terrible smell when we walked inside. Women’s bathroom in the lobby was a mess. No tissue or seat covers. The snack store was completely picked through and not restocked. In the end we are happy to not be staying in this hotel but having to drive an hour away to another hotel is a major inconvenience.

The staff was awesome. We made a mistake in our booking and shorted ourselves a day at the hotel. The young ladies at the counter are very helpful and got us the extra room. Would like to thank them profusely. Our rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and greeted as every morning.
