“This was the very best Hotel experience that I have had in a very long time. Flying out to my new job with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, my flight was leaving first thing in the morning. The staff reassured me that transportation to the airport is available anytime during the day or night. With needing to be at the airport at 4:00AM, this was beyond the best experience! There are places to eat nearby within walking distance and plenty of things to do in the hotel. The housekeeping does an amazing job and the front desk staff as well! Best hotel staff and experience I have had in a very long time. Thank you so much for a short and relaxing stay at Marriott. Front desk was beyond excellent even when needing Airport Transportation at 4:00AM. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience that you have made! “I was impressed with how clean the entire property was. From the lobby and bar area, to the hallways, and especially my room - it all was very clean. The modern decor was really nice too. The front desk staff was working so hard to manage multiple guest requests and needs at once, and they kept their cool and professionalism despite the challenges. They both were friendly and helpful. What a nice touch to offer the lemonade to guests, and I appreciated the comfortable loungers in the business area where I could relax and watch TV while my daughter took a nap in our room. We chose this hotel since it offers 24 hr airport shuttle service, and the driver went above and beyond to help us very early on our departure morning. He was really great, just like all of the employees we met. I enjoyed my short stay at this property and will definitely return if I'm in Richmond again!”
