No restaurants near by of note. Windows open slightly, but someone in an adjacent room was smoking every 30 minutes. Front desk looked around but couldn't see anything. They did offer to change our room. Rooms were cramped. We banged our knees on the counters, drawer pulls, and bed corners every time we got up.

Front desk lady unpleasant. Room decent. Did have plumbing issues which maintenance came and helped temporarily, but should definitely be looked into further since at that point I hadn’t been at the hotel a whole 24 hours yet. Some of the linen didn’t appear to be clean, but luckily I use my own. Tv should be updated. Not the best cable service and it’s going on 2023, it should be no issues plugging a fire stick into the tv for entertainment since their’s is very lacking. Not my usual standard for hilton hotels as I am a diamond member. Not sure why they even have their name attached to this property, but you get what you pay for.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was conveniently located and check in was easy (I do digital check in and keys on the Hilton app). The room was spotless and the hotel was very quiet. We did not need housekeeping during our stay. The only complaint that I have is that the only option for breakfast was the buffet. I was disappointed because every time I stay at a Hilton Garden Inn, I always look forward to the restaurant because the food is spectacular.

Very DISAPPOINTED with the property. Hard to believe it’s Hilton affiliated for the quality of service/attitude I experienced. The front desk was not professional nor respectful at all. We booked for one night at this property for a Saturday on bookings 3 weeks in advance and got the confirmation email. However upon arrival we were told that our reservation shows up as for Friday in their system and was marked as no show, although the front desk clearly read that our confirmation email says Saturday. The front desk was indifferent about the situation, did not provide further assistance beyond”but that’s in our system“and refused to provide information about the property’s supervisor/manager who we might be able to contact. Instead we were asked to contact bookings ourselves to find out what was going wrong with the hotel’s system and who the person in charge is. Half way through the communication she casually brought up that “the property is actually fully booked for today so even if you get back from bookings we have nothing for you” so we ended up wasting an hour in the lobby and having to find another place to stay after midnight. For the whole time the front desk didn’t apologize and didn’t even show any understanding for the inconvenience they had brought us. And up till this point we haven’t got any explanations on why the system went wrong nor any updates on refunds. I’m sharing this unbelievably disappointing experience with potential customers considering booking this property. Save your own time and choose somewhere else that actually values their customers

Nice clean, well run hotel. Close to I280 and across Wolfe Rd from Apple HQ. Very friendly staff, ample free parking. Easy drive to lots of good food options as well. Definitely my first choice for Cupertino.

En medio de la noche 2 insectos nos molestaron despues de eso no pude descansar uno de estos lo atrape y lo mostre en el lobby espero que para la proxima vez no suceda ya que es un hotel de nuestros favoritos.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. The room was amazing and very comfortable. Exceeded my expectations! Nothing bad to say about this place :)

Old and depressing room .. smelled old .. microwave did not work nor did safe . Will not stay here again

The front desk staff was excellent! The hotel was quiet, and was an overall pleasant experience. Nothing that would prevent us from staying again, but the beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped, and once they did not put a top sheet back on the bed or refill the coffee cups when cleaning the room.
