“3 dias de alojamiento para ir a Futuroscope 2 adultos y 2 niños. Habitación muy bien, restaurante para cenar otra historia... 2 días de cenas frías horrorosas y unos platos poco dignos de un hotel de 4 estrellas. La tercera cena aun teniendo la cena reservada y pagada pues decidieron NO DAR CENAS y listo. Vamos que bajamos a cenar y un tipo en la puerta nos dice que hoy no dan de cenar y que nos busquemos la vida, le comento que tengo cena pagada y con el bono emitido por ellos mismos 2 días antes me repite que el restaurante está cerrado. Con 2 niños y las 21 de la noche. Bravo Novotel, hace 3 años estuvimos genial pero esta vez la han bordado. No duden queno nos volverá a pasar”
