Bom hotel! Estivemos lá por 2 semanas, de 30 de julho a 13 de agosto de 2022!Quase todos que trabalham lá (recepção, cozinheiro, garçons, faxineira) são muito simpáticos e sempre com um sorriso!2 piscinas pequenas, mas boas! Sempre algumas espreguiçadeiras disponíveis!O quarto era um pouco pequeno para 3 adultos! Boa cama, ar condicionado, banheiro!Serviço de quarto diário realizado por limpadores qualificados!Possibilidade de atividades como tênis e tênis de mesa! A área externa do hotel também era bonita, limpa e arrumada! O hotel está localizado quase à beira-mar com possibilidade de mergulho!Café da manhã e jantar muito bons! As bebidas eram caras (cerca de 3,4 euros para água e coque) Estacionamento também foi de 14 euros por dia!Há algumas lojas ao lado do hotel e um ponto de ônibus em frente ao hotel!Eu recomendo este hotel👍

EN A five star experience The staff was all super nice, even when we checked in we got a sort of dinner even it was past their hour of service. They arrange a birthday experience without having to say anything, and the bedrooms and rest of the facilities are great, having a quiet place to relax, some Nice pools and even the mini golf and ping Pong table are a nice addition Cant reccomend this enough.PT Uma verdadeira experiência 5 estrelas O pessoal todo lá é super atenciosa, mesmo quando chegamos depois da hora do jantar eles guardaram algumas coisas para nós comermos no refeitório (enviou se um e-mail antes a avisar) Eles proporcionam um jantar de aniversário completo sem precisar de dizer alguma coisa, com direito a bolo. De resto o hotel tem umas boas instalações, quartos bonitos e modernos, os claustros são ótimos para relaxar ao som do vento, e as piscinas, como o mini golf e a mesa de ping Pong são boas distrações o que fazem deste hotel uma ótima experiência.

O melhor: a equipe de garçons. Boa localização e excelentes vistas do quarto e a boa qualidade e variedade de alimentos nos serviços de pequeno-almoço e jantar.O pior: o pessoal que limpa os quartos não reabasteceu o sabão e tivemos que pedir na recepção em 2 ocasiões e em toda a estadia de uma semana eles não recolheram toalhas sujas que estavam no terraço dos clientes antes de nós. Um hotel 4 estrelas não pode arcar com tais situações.

Los mejor: el staff de camareros. Buena ubicación y excelentes vistas desde la habitación y la buena calidad y variedad de la comida en los servicios de desayuno y cena.Lo peor: el personal que limpia las habitaciones que no reponía el jabón y hubo que pedir en recepción en 2 ocasiones y en toda la estancia de una semana no recogieron toallas sucias que había en la terraza de los clientes anteriores a nosotros. Un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede permitirse ese tipo de situaciones.

Minha experiência pessoal foi muito boa. Prós: - boa localização (em frente ao hotel há uma estação de ônibus (€ 2) para Palma, praias e, além disso, eles têm um hotel irmão Bonanza bem em frente, onde você costuma tomar café da manhã e jantar, e você pode usar o seu próprio local para nadar e até mergulhar, 2 piscinas enormes com vistas incríveis -A comida é honestamente ótima, especialmente jantares -Serviço é incrível. Se você tiver a sorte de conhecer Eva na recepção, ela sempre tentará tornar sua estadia a melhor e fazer você se sentir feliz. Hotel de 4 estrellas situado en Illetes, la habitación está genial y da un poco al mar. El hotel tiene 2 piscinas, 2 pistas de tenis y alguna de ping pong. Pedí media pensión en la que te entra el desayuno en el mismo hotel pero la cena es en el hotel de enfrente (hotel bonanza playa) que es de la misma cadena, sobretodo obligatorio ir al restaurante de ese hotel en pantalon largo los hombres porque sino no dejam entrar, es una normativa del hotel, no sé por qué. Es un hotel de calidad, merece mucho la pena.

My personal experience was really good. Pros: - good location ( right in front of the hotel there is a bus station ( €2) to Palma, beaches and what is more they have a sister hotel Bonanza right in front where you usually have breakfasts and dinners, and you could use their own spot for swimming and even diving, 2 huge swimming pools with amazing views -Food is honestly great, especially dinners -Service is awesome. If you get lucky enough to meet Eva at the reception, she will always try to make your stay the best and make you feel happy. But all the other team members are great too. - close to other beautiful beaches - quiet place - live music - cleaning Cons: - wifi connection drops sometimes, but since I came for vacation, it wasn’t a huge problem for me

O hotel fica em uma ótima localização. A equipe do hotel do gerente geral que anda e conversa com os hóspedes o dia todo, e todos os funcionários fazem tudo acima e além para satisfazer os hóspedes. O serviço é agradável, rápido e de alta qualidade. O hotel e suas instalações são muito limpos. A estrutura externa parece um pouco desatualizada. .Mas a experiência geral é excelente, agradável. E se você olhar para o custo de ficar em um hotel vale cada euro. Tivemos um grande momento e estará de volta.

Tivemos um ótimo feriado aqui no parque Bonanza. Eva na recepção foi uma estrela absoluta para nós e Bianca a garçonete/barman é fantástica. Na verdade, todos os funcionários do hotel foram super simpáticos e educados. Nós definitivamente voltaremos novamente.Ficamos em um bangalô com vista para o mar. A área é tranquila e pitoresca, com muitas praias e restaurantes nas proximidades.Fomos tomar café da manhã e almoçar no hotel irmão, hotel bonanza, e embora o hotel fosse legal etc, não tinha a mesma simpatia e toque pessoal que o parque Bonanza oferece. Muito bem pessoal, vocês realmente fizeram nossas férias tão boas quanto poderiam ter sido! 10/10.

Eva foi uma ótima anfitriã e acomodou-se às nossas necessidades. Café da manhã e área de jantar tem uma excelente vista e área de alimentação externa. A comida é deliciosa em estilo buffet. Altamente recomendo hotel para ficar em Palma :)

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo 3 días. El hotel muy bonito y como nuevo. Habitación muy bonito y confortable. Venimos algún año antes de la pandemia y era algo más antiguo. Fue unagran sorpresa a mejor. Tiene más clase. Y sobre todo el personal trato muy amable y familiar. Eva de recepción muy alegre, atenta y servicial, nos recomendó y reservo un restaurante balneario que estaba muy bueno. Los camareros muy atentos y simpáticos. Lo único era el parking que por estar varios días deberían rebajarlo un poco. Hotel estupendo!!!! Gracias

I had a very bad experience. First of all, we booked the room for three people. On the picture from the website we should have two sides of the windows facing the ocean, but turned out we only have one window, and the sea view is “lateral”, we can only see a bit of the ocean, room super small, one night costs 250euros. 1. A middle-aged woman at reception can't speak English, so she caused me a lot of trouble during my stay. we asked wether they have dress code for dinner, and she answered no. actually we are rejected for dinner when we not wear long pants………The hotel staff is not professional enough, especially the reception and restaurant staff，If they can't figure anything out, they need to check with their hotel colleagues about the customer, rather than constantly bothering us during the diners 2. My wallet was lost on the first day after check-in. I didn't leave the hotel, but when we swim back to my room, my wallet disappeared, but the staff on reception told me that they could do nothing. For the next three days, I tried to ask, but I didn't get any proactive feedback.If a hotel cannot guarantee the safety of guests' belongings, then why should it be a 4-star s hotel ？？？

Had a great holiday here at Bonanza park. Eva at reception was an absolute star to us and Bianca the waitress/bartender is fantastic. In fact, all the staff at the hotel were super friendly and polite. We will definitely be coming back again. We stayed in a “bungalow” with a sea view. The area is quiet and picturesque with many beaches and restaurants nearby. We went for breakfast and lunch at the sister hotel, hotel bonanza, and although the hotel was nice etc, it didn’t have the same friendliness and personal touch that the Bonanza park offers. Well done guys, you really made our holiday as great as it could of been! 10/10.

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel staff from the general manager who walks around and talks to the guests all day, and all the staff do everything above and beyond to satisfy the guests. The service is pleasant, fast and high quality. The hotel and its facilities are very clean. The exterior structure looks a bit outdated. .But the overall experience is excellent, pleasant. And if you look at the cost of staying in a hotel it is worth every euro. We had a great time and will be back.

Ficamos 5 noites em meados de junho de 2022. O hotel é um ótimo custo-benefício, com uma localização conveniente a oeste do centro da cidade de Palma. Ao chegar do aeroporto compramos uma passagem de ônibus de 5 euros, boa para um passeio e um transfer e chegamos à porta do hotel em menos de 1 hora. (Transferência de ônibus 1A para 4).O hotel fica a uma curta distância de belas praias e tem duas piscinas exteriores, campos de ténis e um campo de mini-golfe. É muito conveniente chegar à cidade, pois o ponto de ônibus nº 4 fica bem em frente ao hotel. Custou 2 euros para ir à cidade que fizemos quase todas as noites para o jantar. Há também um ponto de táxi do outro lado da rua aqui.Um dos benefícios especiais deste hotel é a propriedade irmã, Gran Bonanza Playa Hotel, que fica do outro lado da rua. Poderíamos ir até lá e assinar as contas do nosso hotel, usar sua única grande piscina e até mesmo dar um mergulho no mar lá. Almoçamos no restaurante de churrasco ao lado da piscina uma vez.Reservamos o quarto com café da manhã e encontramos um buffet abundante todas as manhãs. Cada membro da equipe que encontramos neste hotel foi muito amigável e orientado para o serviço. Foi um prazer ficar aqui e é altamente recomendado para uma boa memória de férias.

La estancia en el hotel ha sido muy grata experiencia. Empezando por la habitación que tenía unas maravillosas vistas hacia la costa, ya que contratamos desayuno había muchas cosas a elegir en él, el personal del desayuno muy amable y atentos siempre pendientes de ayudar. Nos recibieron con una copa de cava. El hotel está muy bien conectado con Palma ya que hay una parada de bus nada más salir de recepción, la línea 4, y pasan cada 10 minutos más o menos. Destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad de Eva la chica de recepción: su trato ha sido durante estos días maravilloso e impecable. Si volvemos a Mallorca volveremos sin duda a este hotel.

Es un hotel muy chulo,muy tranquilo y bien comunicado con el centro, el bus para en la puerta y hay disponibilidad de taxis . Se puede ir andado des del hotel a la playa ses illetes.Esta todo súper limpio y disponen de muchos servicios incluidos en el precio, incluso disponen de toallas para la playa y piscina de manera gratuita. El personal es majisimo tanto el de seguridad de las noches, el socorrista y las chicas de recepción Marta Y Eva . Eva es una máquina. El desayuno del hotel es genial hay de todo, dulce y salado que lo hacen al momento a la plancha, huevos, gofres , tortitas etc además tienen pan sin gluten. Los camareros son muy amables y atentos

We stayed 5 nights in mid June 2022. The hotel is a great value for the money with a convenient location west of the centre of Palma city. When arriving from the airport we bought a 5 Euro bus ticket, good for a ride and one transfer and got to the door of the hotel in less than 1-hour. (Buses 1A transfer to 4). The hotel is within walking distance of beautiful beaches and has two outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and a mini-golf course. It is very convenient to get into town since the #4 bus stop is right in front of the hotel. It cost 2 Euros to go into town which we did almost every evening for dinner. There is also a taxi stand across the street here. One of the special benefits of this hotel is the sister property, Gran Bonanza Playa Hotel which is just across the street. We could go there and sign bills to our hotel, use their single large swimming pool and even take a dip in the sea there. We ate lunch at their poolside barbecue restaurant once. We booked the room with breakfast and found an abundant buffet every morning. Every staff member we encountered in this hotel was very friendly and service-oriented. It was a pleasure to stay here and is highly recommended for a good vacation memory.

Mil gracias por acoger a 115 moteros ruidosos con sus impalas clásicas. Un Hotel maravilloso, unas vistas al mar y al amanecer inolvidables, pero sobretodo la calidez y la atención del personal de desayunos. Maravilloso hotel con un personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias, comida exquisita, jardines y piscinas bien cuidados, así como una bonita vista. Desafortunadamente, no llegamos a la playa desde aquí y no encontramos acceso al ayuno. Pero es muy móvil en autobús o automóvil. Muy lindo lugar. Por alguna razón, los camareros no permiten sentarse en ninguna mesa que te guste, se sientan, dependiendo del número de personas y de cuántas personas se sirve la mesa. Aunque es incomprensible para mí, habiendo pagado un buen dinero, creo que tengo derecho a vestirme ya que me siento cómoda durante mis vacaciones y a sentarme donde me gustaría disfrutar de la cena. Un día casi me echan porque estaba en pantalones cortos y pizarras, aunque había caminado así durante tres días antes, pero probablemente me di cuenta de que estaban cerca de volverme loco y me permitieron quedarme, pidiendo al día siguiente que venga vestido "normalmente". No se incluyen bebidas en la cena pagada y ni siquiera hay la oportunidad de hacerse un té o simplemente tomar un poco de agua, y los precios son bastante desagradables, una botella de agua 0.5 cuesta 2.6 €, una botella de jugo 0.25 cuesta 4.5 € y el precio promedio de una botella de vino es 25 € . Y los precios de las bebidas son bastante buenos. Las mejores características: proximidad a la hermosa playa de Illetas y acceso a la impresionante sauna, sala de vapor y servicios de spa en el hotel al otro lado de la carretera. Aparte de la barra de ensaladas, el desayuno buffet completo con mimosas también es increíble. Una gran oferta en £ 140 del fin de semana. ¡Estaremos de vuelta!

¡El mejor hotel de Mallorca! El personal es super, super amable y profesional. El director Daniel es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar a cualquier cliente. Desde la recepción, el restaurante, la piscina todo fue maravilloso y nos sentimos como en ningún otro lugar. Las habitaciones son camas super limpias y cómodas. Ya dos estancias en tres años en este agradable hotel. El personal es muy amable y el entorno íntimo para un RIU. La cocina siempre es buena. Las habitaciones también. El parque es encantador y está bien mantenido. Le recomendamos que opte por un bungalow apenas más caro que una habitación clásica, incluso si la vista al mar es más evidente desde las habitaciones. Nos gusta esta situación tanto cerca de Palma (20 minutos en autobús) como en la naturaleza.

Este es un hotel realmente bonito y tranquilo :) mi hermana se casó y recomendó este hotel. Obtuve la mejor vista desde mi balcón que se puede ver en las fotos: no es un hotel para fiestas, ya que los bares cerraron muy temprano, pero para las familias es agradable o las personas se lo toman con calma. Caminamos a la playa un par de veces, son unos 15 minutos a pie, ¡hay un restaurante justo en la playa que tenía una gran paella! De lo contrario, todo fue excelente, además del desayuno, que podría haber sido un poco más emocionante, después de dos semanas, te cansas de la misma cosa. Mucho amor al parque bonanza!

El hotel fue simplemente increíble. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio; ni una sola mancha en ningún lado. Las habitaciones eran muy bonitas, con una televisión plana (compatible con USB), aire acondicionado, secador de pelo y un espejo de aumento. Las comidas eran muy sabrosas y los camareros eran agradables y amables. El único inconveniente era un WI-FI en nuestra habitación porque era tan débil y lento que lo hacía completamente inútil (en el resto del hotel, el WI-FI era rápido y estable). Pero hasta ahora el mejor hotel que he visitado, así que lo recomendaría.

Lovely customer service, delicious welcome drink on arrival. The mini golf and pool are a bit old but the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and roomy showers. And the drink prices are pretty good. Best features - proximity to the lovely Illetas beach and getting access to the awesome sauna, steam room and spa services in the hotel across the road. Aside from the salad bar the buffet breakfast complete with mimosas is awesome too! A great deal at £140 of the weekend. We’ll be back!

This is a really nice quiet hotel :) my sister got married and recomended this hotel. I got the best view from my balcony that u can see on the pictures👌🏻 its not a hotel for party-animals since the bars closed really early but for familys its nice or cuples taking it easy. We walked to the beach a cuple times its about 15 min to walk, there is a restaurant just at the beach that had a great paella!Otherwise Everything was great besides breakfast that could have been a bit more exciting, after two weeks u get tired of the exakt same thing. Lots of love to bonanza park!

The hotel was just awesome. Everything was perfectly clean; not a single stain anywhere. The rooms were very nice with a flat TV (USB supported), AC, a hairdryer and a magnifying mirror. Meals were very tasty and waiters were nice and friendly. The only drawback was a WI-FI at our room because it was so weak and slow that it rendered it completely useless (at the rest of the hotel the WI-FI was fast and stable). But so far the best hotel I have ever visited so I would recommend it.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fab breakfast with lots of choice. Lovely pool and gardens. Quiet mainly residential area but some nice bars n restaurants nearby. Bus to Palma from literally outside the door..takes 45 mins and vosts 1.5euro!!

Although it is incomprehensible to me, having paid good money, I believe that I have the right to dress as I feel comfortable during my vacation and to sit down where I would like to enjoy dinner. One day I was almost kicked out because I was in shorts and slates, although I had walked like this for three days before, but I probably realized that they were close to getting me crazy and were allowed to stay, asking the next day to come "normally" dressed. No drinks are included in the paid dinner and there is not even the opportunity to make yourself some tea or just get some water, and the prices are rather unpleasant, a bottle of water 0.5 costs 2.6 €, a bottle of juice 0.25 costs 4.5 €, and the average price of a bottle of wine is 25 € . But everything is very tasty and a very large selection and variety. In general, they are trying to make extra money on everything. 2 stars only for delicious food and very polite staff who always greet you and smile.

Already two stays in three years in this pleasant hotel. The staff is very very friendly and the intimate setting for an RIU. The cuisine is always good. The rooms too. The park is charming and well maintained. We advise you to opt for a bungalow barely more expensive than a classic room even if the sea view is more obvious from the rooms. The two beaches (coves) of Illetas are just next door. Bonded in July and quieter in May, June, September. We like this situation both close to Palma (20 minutes by bus) but in nature.

Estancia de trabajo muy agradableMi estancia en este hotel ha sido por trabajo, pero tengo que decir que ha sido una de mis mejores experiencias. El hotel cuenta con una ubicación excelente, frente a unas calas y a 5 minutos de una playa de aguas cristalinas, en una zona tranquila con todos los servicios. Cuenta con dos piscinas de ambiente familiar, sin ruido y siempre con tumbonas y sombrillas libres. El director del hotel Juan (un excelente profesional y gran persona), siempre estuvo pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades. Además nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones gastronómicas en la isla. Qué decir del personal del buffet, amable y cariñoso en todo momento. Wilson y Clara siempre pendientes de que no faltara un solo detalle en nuestra mesa. Deborah y Conso siempre con su mejor sonrisa. Thomas el responsable de recepción, que siempre resolvía todo al instante (gran profesional). Sólo decir que me habéis robado el corazón... Volveré.

El hotel cuenta con dos piscinas, una con sombra por la mañana, perfecta para los niños que nadan mucho y no quieren quemarse al sol. También hay un bar en la piscina en el que puede almorzar o simplemente pedir algo de beber. Hay un gran bufé de desayuno entre las 8 y las 10:30 de la mañana; desafortunadamente, es el mismo cada mañana, lo cual se vuelve un poco aburrido después de unos días.

Un pequeño y elegante hotel con una bonita zona de piscina (2 piscinas) ... tenemos 3 habitaciones con vista al mar y una gran terraza, otras tienen el balcón habitual. Perfect hotel to get some rest even for few days. The staff is very friendly and I can highly recommend to stay in on of the Bungalows, those are bigger and have a nice view. The Riu Bonanza Park is better than the Palace because it is cheaper, there are less people and you have the same good view. Additionally you can use the Spa in the main building.

A nice hotel with very good staff. The staff were helpful and always pleasant. The hotel has two swimming pools, one pool has a shade hella morning which is perfect for children who swim a lot and do not want to burn in the sun. There is also a pool bar at one pool which you can eat lunch at or just order something to drink. There is a large breakfast buffet between 8-1030 in the morning, unfortunately it is the same every morning which becomes a bit boring after a few days.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet area and the clientele seems to be mostly couples and families. The rooms are nice and clean and all rooms have a private balcony. The staff is very friendly and the front desk is manned 24/7. You can enjoy the two pools, miniature golf and tennis court for free, and you are also allowed to use the neighboring hotel's spa and fitness room. The hotel has a bar on the ground floor, a snack bar next to the pool area and a restaurant on the first floor with a very nice terrace. The breakfast buffet is delicious and well assorted, although it doesn't change from day to day. Evening buffet does change however and the quality of the food is quite good. This hotel is not for people looking for a party, but it if you want a nice and clean hotel for a summer holiday with your girlfriend or your family, Riu Bonanza Park is certainly not a bad choice.

Servicio excelente. La habitación no estaba mal. Lo único que no me gustó es el olor a humedad que había al entrar. No usamos las instalaciones. Preferimos las del hotel de enfrente, bonanza palace, donde paraban nuestros amigos.

Maravillosa estancia. El hotel te ofrece una estancia muy confortable tanto en habitaciones como en las zonas de ocio y restaurantes. Pero lo mejor de todo es el personal que siempre se desvive por hacerte pasar una estancia inolvidable. Lo recomiendo al 100%

No hubo nada negativo que decir .desde el primer día nos hicieron sentir especialmente bienvenidos las 24 horas. Desde la comida .Limpieza y el servicio en el restaurante te hacen sentir que estas en un hotel no de 4 estrellas sino un 5 estrellas

En nuestro caso la relación calidad/precio muy buena. Hemos estado en la zona de las villas, y es una zona tranquila...sin grandes lujos, pero agradable. El factor humano ha ayudado mucho a nuestra valoración positiva.
