“PATRICIA from guest services truly went above and beyond to make us feel special. When I go back to Madrid .. I won’t even consider looking elsewhere. This property was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Gustavo the bellman was extremely sweet!! Front desk staff was so nice and made our check in so easily and made sure we were aware of what the facility offers!
