Muito bom hotel, funcionários atenciosos, bem localizado há 2 quadras da Grand Central Station,restaurantes e principais pontos turísticos muito próximos. Os quartos e banheiros são pequenos típicos doshotéis de NY especificamente em Manhattan. Eu e minha noiva adoramos,ficamos de 15/04 a 22/04/2018. Não tem café da manhã,maioria dos hotéis em NY não tem,mas há uma infinidade de cafeterias na cidade com ótimos preços.

Hotel muito bom, aconchegante e não tão caro. Limpo e refinado. Funcionários simpáticos e amigáveis. Não gostei da limpeza do carpete e que cobraram no meu cartão de crédito sem especificar ou avisar o que era, só percebi quando verifiquei os gastos do cartão na fatura (ponto muito negativo).

Excelente hotel, aconchegante, quartos amplos, limpos, excelente atendimento, pessoal atencioso, tem uma pessoa que fala português, vários falam espanhol. Quando chegamos por volta das 12:30, nosso quarto já estava disponível e nos permitiram entrar. Ótima localização , nos deslocamos para a maioria das atrações a pé. Nossa estadia aqui foi extraordinária. Só temos a agradecer a todos deste Hotel.

I had a brand new shirt, right out of the package, ruined by the room's iron. I was trying to steam iron my shirt when a blob of some dark substance, probably mold, shot out of the bottom the iron. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and they gave me the card of the front desk manager. I sent two emails, no reply and then went to the website to complain. I received an email immediately from Iberostar (Park Ave., NYC) stating they would not compensate me because and I quote "self-inflicted" damage because of user error. Unbelievable. I ask for his supervisor and only found out it was the first person I sent 2 emails to previously. Insulting. The only thing "self-inflicted" is poor management and I will never use that hotel again.

Buena situación, se puede caminar a muchos sitios de obligada visita, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Estación Central...está limpio y el personal es agradable. Hablan español. Hay una persona para ayudar a los huéspedes con transportes o con problemas derivados de la estancia. La habitación es pequeña y para tres personas solo pudieron dos camas de 1.50/ pero cómoda. Estuvimos tres personas y solo habías batas de baño/ cama etc para dos. Las vistas son buenas. La habitación pequeña y el baño anticuado. Está limpio. El suelo es de moqueta

Cien por cien recomendable. Buena ubicación, habitaciones grandes para lo que es NY y personal muy amable. Si tuviera que destacar algún fallo sería la presión del agua de la ducha que para lavarte el pelo se me hace escasa y el wifi que cuando coincide que estamos "todos" los clientes va muy lento.

Hotel moderno de 5 estrellas , bien situado cerca de la estación terminal tren y metro. Habitación grande, moderna, tuvieron un detalle muy bonito con nosotros, por nuestro 30° aniversario de boda, nos dejaron una botella de vino.
