“The location of the hotel is great. But it's way too expensive per night for the kind of room we got.
I know it's London, but there's a few areas of cleanliness and overall upkeep that could be improved. The hotel is very famous for hosting cabin crews and commercial airline pilots, so it's almost always busy, any time of the day, which is nice. Their breakfast is not bad at all, and their kitchen is actually pretty decent.”

“I was at the hotel for a dinner and dance event and I found the staff to be very professional. The banqueting room used was very spacious, well laid out and decorated. The food that was prepared mostly but the hotel was really good, delicious, well laid out and served. Also the toilet facilities was very clean and modern. It was a very good night.”
