“1.Evidente y descarado la diferencia del trato entre mexicanos y extranjeros. Nunca me había sentido tan discriminada en mi propio país! 2. No nos auxiliaron en bajar maletas ni nos acompañaron a nuestra habitación, nos perdimos en el trayecto. Nos dijeron que tenía costo extra la orientación y equipaje. 3. Nos salieron 2 arañas y 1 gusano en el baño 4. No es todo incluido, todo tiene costo extra. licores básicos como etiqueta negra tienes que pagar. No te llevan los snacks a la alberca, tienes que pagar. 5. Room service pésimo. Pedi desayuno y lo llevaron 70 min después, ya era hora de comida. Pedí club sándwich 2 veces y nunca llegó. 5. El hotel es enorme, mi habitación estaba a 10 minutos de los restaurantes y eso que era de "las mejores" 6. Yo me quedé en swim out, nos dijeron que era de las mejores habitaciones, después escuchamos que eso le dicen a todos. 7. Expuse mis quejas y no me quisieron reembolsar ni compensar, solo sus disculpas. 8. Conocimos a más gente y en realidad todos se quejaban de lo mismo. 9. En el área de adultos dejan estar a niños si esque pagas extra 10. No hay casi vegetación, pega mucho el sol y no hay palmeras o árboles que te hagan sentir más Agusto. 11. La comida si me gustó mucho, es lo único bueno 12. 2 arañas y 1 gusano en el bañoPara el precio que pagamos estoy esperando otro servicio completamente diferente que no recibí en este hotel y en otros de la misma categoría si he recibido. Me fui con mala sensación, y discriminada por ser mexicana. No regreso a este hotel. Planeaba quedarme una noche más pero decidimos irnos al hotel de enseguida catalonia en el que nos sentimos mucho más cómodos. La zona está lejos de Cancún”

“My husband and I were at Planet Hollywood Cancun two weeks ago. I have to start off by saying,it was THE BEST IN EVERY WAY!!!!!! We chose the “STAR CLASS” and it was absolutely worth The money that we paid to have this class of a treatment!From what we experienced, I would say that if you’re in your 20s or mid 30s, you probably wouldn’t mind not having the star class. In order to be at the star class pool, you have to be staying in Star class. At the Star class pool,you will see people mostly 40 and up. Fantastic music that plays, and lots of super fun stuff going on every day, but it’s not as wild and noisy like the younger crowd likes it, like at the non star. No matter what age you are, you’regoing to have the time of your life!!!!!! We went for eight days seven nights. Even young kids which we saw so many of we’re having the most incredible times! They have a whole kid section geared fortoddlers and up, with a whole Jurassic Park water area,with everything that you could possibly think of for them to have the time of their life Every day!From the minute we entered for checking in, we were treated like Hollywood stars!Karen who was the one that checked us in with our reservations, and was so welcoming and exceptionally nice!As we were sitting and getting everything in order and having our wrist bands put on which is what is used to enter your room, etc. ( no card needed here to enter your room, just the tap of your wristband, so fantastic and clever) delicious drinks were brought to each of us. Our luggage was taken to our room for us, and our personal star agent came to greet us right away just before we were done checking in. Our agents were Chris and Enif, Who throughout the entire week,were totally there for us for whatever we needed , from morning to night, we couldn’t have asked for a better. 🤩We communicated through WhatsApp, and always received a reply within three minutes. They booked dinner reservations for us, and we always had one of the best seats in the restaurant, and were treated like royalty. The food was outstanding, and the presentation was mind blowing! ( I would suggest if you really want to be in a restaurant and at a certain time in the evening to make the reservation at least two days in advance if possible) so when you get there, try to book the week. Breakfast every morning was this huge huge Buffet, where you could eat inside or out, tons and tons of tables inside and out with umbrellas outside, and super comfy chairs. You could have omelets made for you with whatever you choose and they are totally amazing! EZEQUIEL was the one that made us our omelets ( they were so good that we had them every morning, you just choose in front of you whatever you want in there, or he could just make you any kind of egg you want.🤩 we couldn’t thank him enough! I don’t even know where to begin after that, The pancakes were out of this world, The French toast was the best I ever had, and it just goes on and on and on like thesong! The manager for the buffet DAVID,did the most outstanding job, from organization, to safety protocols, variety of food and presentation, and making sure everything ran perfectly! 🤩 ANTONIO was our server, we chose to sit at the same table every morning, he would bring us our coffee, pour mimosas for us, etc. he had a heart of gold , and we lookedforward every morning to seeing him! After breakfast we would go to the pool, and MARCO, would prepare our towels for us, etc.whatever else we needed! We couldn’t thank him enough every day for all that he did for us! And then there were the servers at the pool, continuously throughout the day coming to us and asking if we want to drink or something to eat! And let me tell you the drinks were FANTASTIC !!!!! And so was the food! The Evening entertainment was great! To complete my review, if you read any negativity of any reviews,don’t pay attention to it!!! And remember to tip nicely!!! 🤩😎🌟”
