“The staff is phenomenal about accommodating requests and following up to be sure you are happy, something I didn't really expect when getting a deal! The room needs maintenance, the caulking in the bathroom is in bad need of repair, the heater made terrible noise and the rolling carts could use some quieter wheels. It sounded like a plane landed every time someone pushed luggage down the hall.”
