It was very empty. The location was central The staff. The way they put all the guests right next to and on top each other when there was 8 floors of open rooms

Great location not far from downtown Disney. The first night I was woken up to guests yelling and slamming doors. The store was closed and had very minimal snacks. The arcade was closed and had to make a reservation for the pool. Upon my departure, there were two females smoking weed by the front.

The staff is phenomenal about accommodating requests and following up to be sure you are happy, something I didn't really expect when getting a deal! The room needs maintenance, the caulking in the bathroom is in bad need of repair, the heater made terrible noise and the rolling carts could use some quieter wheels. It sounded like a plane landed every time someone pushed luggage down the hall.

My favorite thing about this hotel is that the floors are hardwood instead of carpet! It makes the room feel so much cleaner. We stay here everytime we are in the area. It is a 5 minute walk from Disneyland and the staff is incredible.

The hotel employee at the front desk made our stay exceptional. We mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary and he took it upon himself to deliver some bubbly, a picture frame and a sweet card. Really made our stay memorable and is now our go-to hote No

The location is no more than a easy 10 minute walk to Disneyland very convenient! The parking fee was $25/day which we felt was excessive. This defeated the purpose of staying at a property within walking distance to avoid having to pay for Disney parking which was $25/day.

Parking lot is very full requiring most to valet park at no extra charge, we prefer to self park. Room faced freeway and construction so a little noisy.

They went out of their way to make us really enjoy our one night. Put us in a room where we could enjoy the fireworks. We really appreciated that extra effort. Will definitely stay here again.

It's within close walking distance to Disneyland. There were restaurants close by. It wasn't fancy but it suited our needs. There was blood on the shower curtain. You enter rooms from outside instead of inside. The door didn't want to latch very well, it had to be firmly shut. There was a dog in a neighboring room that barked a lot of the time. Needs a new pool area.

Right across the street from Disneyland! Ate at Panera Bread everyday right next to hotel ! Beds are SO Comfy and Pillows are amazing !! Kids played in hotel arcade room and my 11 year old granddaughter won a $50. gift card from a game !GREAT HOTEL !! :)

Location was great. A few steps away from Disneyland / California Adventure. McDonalds is located next door. Additional charge per day for parking not included on the room rate. Should include it on your plans.

The hotel is clean, the employees are nice and helpful, and it's a short walk to Disneyland. The parking is a bit crazy because they double park some vehicles, but the valet's will move them if needed.
